We are committed to creating a place where young people can belong, grow, and encounter God. The teenage years are possibly the most formative for a person's trajectory (and the most challenging!), with the average age for someone putting their faith in Jesus being 16 years old. This generation is brimming with gospel potential and we are passionate about releasing that potential for the sake of God’s glory and our happiness. We can’t wait to meet you!

Meet Mike & Esolé Duff
who lead our Youth Ministry!
We are Mike and Esolé Duff. We are both born in South Africa and church planted in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK in 2012. We lead a growing and thriving community of people who love Jesus and live to make him known. In August 2025 we moved to be part of Monument Church and are excited to see and be part of all that God is doing here in Maryland. Having led people and ministries over the years, we know the value and importance of raising up the Next Generation to know Jesus in a deep and personal way. We are full of faith to see them loving God, serving the local church and the community around them for their good and Gods glory.
